Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026

This policy explains what information xeem ("we") collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website and the xeem app used by our customers — housing societies, builders and agencies — and the public project websites we host for them.

Information we collect

  • Demo requests: your name, company, city, phone/WhatsApp number, email and anything you tell us about your project.
  • Customer accounts: names, email addresses and phone numbers of team members and dealers our customers invite.
  • Buyer enquiries: when a buyer enquires on a project website, the details they enter (usually name and phone) are stored for the company that owns that project.
  • Usage data: basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

  • To contact you about a demo or quote you requested.
  • To provide the service to our customers — websites, CRM, dealer portal and related features.
  • To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use buyer enquiries for our own marketing.

Who controls buyer data

Leads and customer records belong to the company that collected them. Each company's data is kept separate, and only users that company authorises can see it. Requests about a buyer's data should go to the company first; we will help them respond.

Security & retention

Access is controlled by roles and permissions, and changes are logged. We keep data for as long as an account is active or as needed to meet legal obligations. Customers can export their data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us at hello@xeem.pro or on WhatsApp 0300-0000000.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page. See also our terms of service.
